Anyone got good ideas for relieving stress/anger/depression etc?

I need to get some shit out or will explode or do something I regret.

Anything physically demanding e.g. running, boxing, swimming to exhaust oneself and release endorphins.
Chop wood.
Run for as long as you can. Don't forget to bring fluids with you.
Write it down. Then burn it. Make it disappear.
Talk to someone who cares. Even a stranger. You would be surprised at how many are in shoes similar to yours.
Some say sex. But I don't believe in that kind of sex.
Yell or scream. Send it into the wind who shall take it somewhere far away.
When I feel like that, I talk loudly to myself. I tell myself how do you feel? How does keeping it in help? I do this while driving back to my roommate's place. It does me a world of good just hearing my voice out loud. I care about me.

Do something that makes you feel powerful, even something as simple as a jog. Something physical works.
