That Carr wildfire in CA is unbelievable!

over 700 homes gone. A man just told the reporter that he left his 2 grandkids and his wife for 15 minutes...they called him to come back because the fire was coming up their hill....he could not get back because of the cars trying to get out....and all 3 of them died. He has to live with that. They still can't get it under control. Let's not whine about silly things

and that poor man, it would be a very very heavy thing to carry around the rest of your life. Not to mention his son/daughter is probably mad at him for leaving them. I remember a story about a guy back in the TN fires. He left his wife and four kids to run to the store. They all perished and when he was still looking for them, hoping they got out . I have never prayed so hard. It was so gut wrenching when they found them passed away. He just bawled and the crappy news reporters just let film roll instead of giving him some private time. I will never forget that.
