How important is being physically attracted to someone when you’re trying to find a serious relationship?

It's not looks you would have to live with and possibly raise children with, it's how their mind works, their judgement, and their personality.


Also looks are subjective anyone can be attractive or ugly to someone's eyes .

Looks was always my draw card, however my hubby was into me, I wasn't into him...I wasn't attracted to him in the beginning at all...he was just persistent

For short term relationships - very, for a life partner - not so. Looks and physique will change with age also i have lost count of the women i have worked with who i did not find attractive on first sight but however did so over time.
In every department of modern life to much emphasis is put on physical attraction rather than waiting to find a soul mate, a partner for life, everything seems to be "throw away" these days and that includes relationships/marriages.
