We absolutely are. And its disgusting. The absolute fattest nation on earth, and we blame everyone and everything but ourselves. When the truth is, it comes down to simple physics. If your fat, obese, or overweight, there is ONLY one reason. You consume more calories than your body requires!!!!

Doesnt matter. In no way, shape, or form, can a person GAIN weight, if they are not eating, and consuming MORE calories than they need. Its science. But it isnt rocket science. Can get more out of something than you put in.

We are fat and lazy, and enablers.
We love food and drugs. And will try everything BUT eating less, to get thinner, which is really the only thing that works.
We have NO self control. We can't put a fucking cheeseburger down. We have to have more fries. And coke. And snack cakes..
Its pathetic. Really. We cause our own diseases and demise and expect other people to fix it.
We resort to pills and surgery because we cannot control our hands putting shit in our mouths.
We cause a vast majority of our own health problems. From diabetes, to heart problems, to cancers, and many, many other things, but again, want someone else to fix a problem WE cause, but WE dont want to do the fucking work!!!! Which is pretty fucking crazy really, of you think about it. Its nuts. Really, really nuts.
America needs a wake up call. And we aren't likley to get one.
We have a nation of people who enable and take care of others. No shit. I see it every day. Every goddam day. I asked a guy this morning, who weighs nearly 700 pounds what he ate for breakfast. Oatmeal, pancakes, sausage, waffles, cereal. Just TODAY! Sonfobitch, he ate a 90% carbohydrate breakfast, a rock full of sugars, and cannot for the life of him figure out why the fuck he is diabetic and weighs nearly 700 pounds.
Are you fucking KIDDING me? In the age of the internet, and you cannot figure out that THAT is the fucking problem?
