How are u suppose to react to someone telling u should be on anti depression medication

Punch them in the mouth, then tell them you feel a lot better now...

you don't have to take their advice, and if their comments on your mental health make you uncomfortable, tell them that it's inappropriate. try not to hold it against them though, most of the time suggestions like this are coming from a good place

Depends who is making the recommendation. Health care professional I would consider more seriously. Family, friends, neighbors, or coworkers, I would not think much of their opinion.
