How do I keep a straight face when my waiter looks ridiculous?

Going to this great Italian restaurant tonight (the one I did a thread on a couple months ago where we've seen Joe Pesci and Robert DeNiro). We always seem to get the same waiter. He wears a toupee that is practically falling off and the color doesn't match the color of his real hair which is sticking out the sides of the toupee. How do you not laugh in this guy's face?
