My self esteem is at an all time low

Why? I know nothing of you in the real world, but I see constant proof that you are well thought of here. And didn’t your sister just take you for a weekend for spirit-soothing?

Your current trials can greatly exaggerate those feelings, but if that is how people in your life truly treat you...then I fear you need different people in your life,

Depression lies,Chuck, you have family whom loves you, I ,for one,think you are a nice guy and so do others here.
You are not worthless.

get doing stuff, accomplish a few, drop a few, get frustrated and really pissed about a few too. from the different ventures you'll see who you are.
I myself is sort getting to that sort of stage, and I am [b]56[/b]! Patience is trying ... but it sure does take time to really learn and see things [i]patiently[/i]

It's mind over matter.
If it really doesn't matter, don't mind it.
It will always be you and how you see yourself. Stop feeling like you're never good enough. You are good enough to someone, it could be your family or friends.
