Nouvelle cuisine. Biggest joke ever in terms of restaurant food. Created in France to supposedly return food to a simpler, natural taste compared to all the gastronomy of the 1970's.
@Picklebobble2 The inventor of nouvelle cuisine died recently. I suppose the starting idea wasn't that bad, then all become selling cheap food to stupid people making them pay a lot LOL
I just saw something like that on a cooking show last night. I don't watch them, so I can't tell you what it is, but I was at my friend's place and she said, hey, look at this, would you pay money for it? The short answer? NO!
