love is necessary, like is not.. any form of love its pretty much a fact that without love, people and animals suffer mental truma. Like doesn't cause that

people get anger issues, and development issues growing up without a faimily that love them. People get depressed and lonely going through life without someone who loves them. Many killers, were never shown love, but hate or abuse instead. I would say if you like love or not, its a very powerful thing.
