Since "dinky-doo" is slang for 22, why don't we call the number 322 "three hundred and dinky-doo"?

In other words, why is "dinky-doo" only used for the number 22 alone and not for larger numbers ending in 22?
Danky doo is slang for 122, and I think dunky-doo means 1022, but after that I dunno.

Dinky-doo is no shorter to say than twenty-two and where do you live?
@BatFasterly I would've, but it was already patented.

When video games became the rage, my brother invented a Video Game First Aid Kit (eye drops for dry weary eyes, bandaids for blistered fingers) but he waited a year to pursue it and it was already on the market.

@BatFasterly A girl in our church once said to my dad, Everywhere I go, you follow right in front of me.

That happens to me a lot.
