What is your most disturbing habit?

I feel like a robot sometimes, always doing things at the same time everyday. Even now I allot a certain amount of time when I am on here.

Monitoring my own breathing to the point where I forget how to breath and start hyperventilating

I count. Everything. Steps to the bathroom, how many gulps of water it takes to drink a glass. Times I beat the fork when I'm scrambling an egg. Also, if I think about calling someone, their phone number keeps running through my mind, until I actually dial it, and as most are coded into my phone, I don't have to say it as I dial.
