Any cyclists get runny noses when cycling?
I have hay fever and when I’m cycling it runs a lot. Is there anything I can do to stop it. I don’t wanna stop every 5 seconds to blow my nose. Do you think a peg would work 👌🏻

It happens to me all the time as well. I just turn my head, plug one side and clear it then repeat on the other side. If I don't it interferes with my breathing. I try to be in a rather secluded spot when I do it but when riding with others I just drift back a bit.
Regarding stopping it I imagine an allergy medicine to dry up the nose would help but I found my nose would tend to run anyway.
