Which Dr's ? I haven't heard that anywhere. The shot contains dead flu virus and only builds anti bodies but it's only 10% effective this time because the flu keeps changing @johnny253.

The flu virus vaccine contains a dead virus. The body can't tell the difference so it manufactures antibodies to fight it off.@softspokenman

@johnny253 I don't think I had the flu. I was sick for a few days one day was the worst I almost left work early but I made it through. I think I was just sick.
