I dont think ill ever marry

partners are fine, but marriage is something totally different imo. if im with someone, i trust them, but if i were to marry, it has a totally different meaning to me. it is a complete commitment to a certain person. with marriage u are professing unwavering trust and certainty in your partner, and u are saying that your souls are so closely bonded that u wanna spend eternity with them. thats powerful stuff. thats nothing to do on a whim, especially cuz sometimes when u feel that way one moment, years from then it wont be the same. for now, im satisfied with my partners and thats all 😊
I like your thoughts on commitment. Commitment is a complex thing. That someone of your age would be enlightened about the complexities, is encouraging.
It's normal for you to do you, now. Be selfish and experiment, live, love and play. Soon enough you'll have to actually live those commitment filled days, a more serious version of it anyway. Be blissful and unaware...it's your job, for right now.

That sounds like quite a reasonable attitude, until you meet the person who changes your mind.

aren't you poly anyway? might be counterproductive.
@SW-User thats another reason why i dont think id marry lol it seems like favoring one partner over another

Honestly I don’t blame you one bit and I actually think it’s wise.🤓

Until you realize that the commitment is what makes life worth living.
@hippyjoe1955 if u dont jump into it, sure. otherwise, id say it almost gives u a reason to stop living if its with the wrong person 😂

@SunPuppy Your response is as jumbled as your thinking. Care to try again.

It is becoming more common for partners not to marry than to or at least wait.
@Mert5356 and thats the smart thing to do. look how many people wasted a good chunk of their lives cuz they were stupid and rushed into "progressing" their relationship

Hm. Well okay.
