Why Do People Think Korean and Japanese Men Look Feminine

They don't look like it to me, what are your thoughts? Some do especially some of the Korean pop idols who wear the make up (which make up is common for men to wear in Asian countries. Is it because we're pretty lean and our flawless skin?

cause asians tend to have flatter faces, which makes a lot western people think they look younger and feminine. (since western people's faces tend to be more 3D)

@SakuraShimeji IK. I'm 100% asian... but our noses are actually not really smaller. just less tall which makes it appear smaller (comparing to caucasians)
