Do you ever feel disconnected from a place like this?

@SW-User honestly i dont pay any attention to that. i notice people getting so emotionally invested in this place and it makes me kind of sad for them. thaks for ba though

@PinkPowerRanger Well what I want is someone I can get emotionally invested in and not just get abandoned slightly later.

@SW-User See, I don't really have anyone to miss. I'm just here because I can't break the habit.

@SW-User Makes sense then you sometimes feel disconnected. But it's possible you would miss certain people but don't realize it! It is for sure a habit - reinforced by logging on every day and by likes, responses!!

@maybesomeday I guess not. But it goes deeper than that; it's almost a feeling of detachment from others.

@SW-User I've learnt to never rely on people online to give me attention, no matter how much I may have craved it in the past. You do get to a point where you either distance yourself or detach yourself, despite also wanting to be close to people. In the end though, people don't really give a shit about others.
