Anyone have a problem remembering?

I know my age plays a huge part in my attention to details. I have notes written to SELF. Yet the conversations I have even with those close to me often get Scrambled. I'm looking for something I might purchase over the counter something that might provide me a BOOST to my BRAIN! I will turn 67 this week. And day by day my memory is becoming worse. This morning I had to call my daughter to tell me my bank password. Wasn't expecting to have my brain wiped clean and clear.

Keep a diary for a week and note down everything you remember.
If you can, check it with those you come into contact with to check the results.
There are exercises you can do that might help with regard to memory retention. Many of them are freely available on youtube.

However. If you think or even suspect that it continues, don't waste too much time.
Make an appointment to go and see your doctor !
You MAY have the beginnings of something more serious.
