So?

I will ascertain from the top three photos that these ethnic groups are in the Russia and/ OR from Mongolia or the Hmong people.

Russia is the world's largest country (with a huge land mass).
It is home to very many indigenous peoples who are Asiatic in appearance.
Some of those Republics are: Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Altai Republic (I am probably missing some).

Obviously, as we ALL CAN: These people have hair and eyes of any colours, including blond hair and blue eyes.

Now find me a black person with green eyes and red hair.

they look normal , compare too the ones who dye their hair
