Something is holding you back. Possibly you don't feel comfortable letting your emotions out. It is easier if you have someone you can trust around and they can hold you while you cry. If not, then try to relax and accept that you are a good person and you can allow yourself to cry.

@offingg I fully understand. There are few things harder than admitting you need help and then asking for help. The scariest thing is that someone will make you feel worse. You might reach out to 10 people and 9 of them make you feel terrible, some times it is worth it if that 1 person makes you feel special.
I feel your pain...I can cry but I can't explain why I'm crying. So it resides deep down inside my chest as a frustration.

@Whispersindreams That's a lot better than not being able to cry, at least your emotions have a way out
@offingg not really, they fester because I can't get them off my chest.

@Whispersindreams I use to or sometimes have this days, tears roll down the cheeks and heart is burning. But then every new morning makes me crave for a new day and experience. Sometimes I feel dull for days, but then what are movies, puppies or kids for they can always cheer you up 😊

@offingg lucky you. But then you need to be contented and find your happiness too.
