It is stressful to relationship. Months away on tours. Often not able to communicate... Not knowing if they're coming back.. those that make it work deserve a medal..

I doubt I would be a able to tolerate the constant moving and having life for both of us dictated by their career. I live near a military base and see how the families are basically slaves to the service.
