Looks like nothing, eh? Well, this was once the Mary Ann Whale Fishing yard, where the blubber from the ship Mary Ann was boiled into oil. I researched this place for my Dark Voyage book, and nearly set my neck falling over the cobbles in the dark. Hidden history? Nearly hidden death traps! The husband thought it a great joke till I kicked him up the bottom.
