Hmmm... I like Jay's thoughts here. I don't believe in one true soulmate or in fate, so I don't believe or agree with the last two sentences, but I like the rest. What are your thoughts? Agree? Disagree? Have you felt that rare connection? Were you able to be with that person? If not, how did you move on?
I like the quote, and happen to agree with you; the last two sentences are not always true. I have felt strong connections before, but unfortunately have not been able to be with that person due to the reasons stated in the quote; we were just not at the same place at the same time.
Yes, timing can be a bitch sometimes. Life goes on though. I agree with what diablesse said also, that it takes two to make a relationship work; although I do still feel that two people can have a certain connection/chemistry that makes it easier.
You know, I don't believe that there are relationships which are meant to be. i believe it takes two to make a relationship work, two who are committed to each other and willing to put in the work it takes. There are a precious few who cross our paths with whom we feel a special connection, a deeper bond, that soul connection.
