I Hate Gambling

there are other things that cause far more misery that I doubt you'd be willing to give up...

For instance, 25% of all auto crashes are a result of texting while driving (causing over half a million injuries per year)... lets ban smart phones...

Sadly, it's ingrained in our society. People have been gambling since the dawn of mankind. It brings in a lot of money, so will never be banned. It sickens me that we still haven't completely banned dog races, and horse racing is still big business.

Several years ago when I had just gotten my own place my dad told me he was going to buy me a refrigerator. A few days later he told me he wasn't able to after all because he went gambling and lost all his money LOL. Now I sit here without a fridge. No, just kidding I do have a fridge now haha.

I agree, it's caused a lot of misery to families and the community where i live and the Government has encouraged it for tax revenue so they won't be winding it back anytime soon.

For half my life I lived in a city that depended on tourism and gambling the good that it can do

Every other advert on TV seems to be for one gambling site or another these days 😡
