I Have Lower Back Pain
Don't know why it started to hurt tonight, but the combination of Tylenol and naproxen seems to have calmed it down.

@crystalkid but really I like Naproxen. Obviously don't take it on empty stomach and it really works, how many grams did you take?

@RadiantRuby 500mg. I have it on hand for kidney stone attacks. Don't think that's the issue tonight though, not the same type of pain
