I Love the Legend of Zelda

Wouldn't mind seeing another game like Majora's Mask someday, or at least some of its elements like the daily routines for the NPCs. While they may change what they're doing in recent games like Breath of the Wild, they don't really have much going on beyond going to a spot for most of the day and then leaving to their homes once the day is done. Having more complex stuff like them going out on certain days (which could mean a proper 7-day week cycle) would add some potential especially for quests that require waiting until a certain time of day.
