@triangless they are damaged. Not beyond repair but to get past those defenses... it takes self realization and a desire to change.

Yeah it's true, I had many people tell me that. To get away, but my heart stayed with that person and I let myself get stepped on constantly. Now I feel nothing for them, it just stopped. I just wish I knew better.

@triangless some people never change, they know they need to but they refuse to. You can either wait around for a miracle to happen or just cut your losses and find someone else that will treat you the way you want to be treated
