I didnt sleep well at all last night due to neck pain. I've been in pain all day. Now it is night again. I need relief

When my neck hurts like that I roll up a towel and place it under my neck so that it is supported while I sleep.

You don’t have to be pregnant to have a pregnancy pillow I’m not pregnant and I have back issues and my chest are huge so I get comfortable with my pillow and it helps my neck I ordered it from amazon it’s called Onory Pregnancy pillow and it really in truly helps @1a1a1a11a

@NativeOregonian i have one. Kinda flat now though. I bought another but its too fat. It cut a small whole to take out some of the foam. Still too fat
