If you know their number, call them and ask. Give a good excuse like you have work tonight and need a little rest or something, can you please turn the music down a bit.

If it bothers you that much go round but personally I'd turn off my TV and go vibes with them see whas good.. Unless your 70+ just turn off your hearing aid 👍️

Its daytime so I don't think there's much the police would be able to do. Invite yourself over & get some free food for your trouble.

You must live in my neighborhood... My new neighbors plays music loud and have very loud cars.... Lets call the cops..

That is a tough one, I would be upset that they never invited me over to the party.
