What’s your favorite go to snack when you wake up hungry in the middle of the night ?

I do not do junk food, fast food or snack foods no take=out, delivery or dine out since I am on an extremely strict diet for my bones
(severely crippled). I have to prepare my own meals with protein powder added and I must drink lots of milk. The problem is that my disability pension is only enough to cover rent and utilities and food banks don't give me much that I can eat. So I have to go without food for the last week of each month.
This is why I am a socialist now.
