An automatic door opener for when I am carrying heavy bags.
One of those locks with digital sensors so you can use your finger pad instead of pesky keys.

😊 Funny how a couple of questions can make you think. If modern man has been around for 200,000 years and most Americans didn't have indoor plumbing and piped-in water till 1930 or after (less than 100 years), I have decided I don't actually NEED a second sink if mankind got along without ANY sink for 199900+ years

@MasterofNone the right amount of light and air and space. And surrounded by beauty. I am a minimalist and I don't like clutter. I have everything I need to make my life easier. I have luxurious things where I find it adds value. I couldn't ask for more.
