Do you live in a rich neighborhood?

Well, the detached-houses near me cost over $500K, and the townhomes over $200K. But I live in a small apartment complex. I am amazed I found one in a quiet neighborhood with mostly houses and townhomes. Usually apartment complexes are in noisy places near roads and malls, sort of squeezed into nooks and crannies. Mine is nicely part of the general landscape around me.

But those high prices are actually normal, even low for the area (considering how large the houses are).

I would not say so but by world standards you probably need to be rich to buy here now.
