We have large windows near a tree that has berries late into winter. The Cedar Waxwings love the berries and every year one of the birds hits our window. We always rush out to administer first aid and usually the bird flies way a few moments later.

@FleshLIfe yeah the cedar waxwings are not a large bird by any stretch and I have been told that those frozen berries make them drunk so that might have something to do with their ability to survive.
