Stellaris tips: Utopia
The Utopia expansion added a bunch of buildable megastructures.
Dyson Sphere: The galaxies biggest solar panel...once finished it can give a massive amount of energy credits at the expense of making every planet in the solar system cold due to the lack of sunlight.
Ring World: If you've played the game before you know those tight assed Fallen Empires live on these...now you can build them, they come with four segments that can be colonised and are always perfect for your species.
Sentry Array: Once finished you basically become the space NSA...nuff' said.
Research...thing: It's a massive science installation which honestly isn't really worth it's cost.
Habitat: An earlier megastructure, the Habitat can be built over uninhabited worlds and acts much like a spacedock...except it can be colonised and can be used to expand your borders if needed.
