Is anybody here know anything on streaming from ps4?

The couple times that i've streamed the video quality has been choppy or grainy and at first I thought it was that my video quality set was not correct so i raised it from 720p standard to 720p high...but that really didn't help much. Also i noticed while watching the play-back that the stream glitched a little during the beginning, is it all my internet? Is there any way to fix/better this (and let me be the one to say it before a certain someone does "Get better internet"...haha sure) thanks.
