@adhane05 They spent about $270 million on it so it's worth a look just for the character interaction around the city. You can sit on a mountain and watch the sunset... skydive, drive a submarine in the ocean, have your own apartment, buy all kinds of weapons, own a tank, steal a jet from the local air force base and of course steal cars, hot them up, race them, crash them, and the police chases are amazing!.. the cops are realistic... they just wanna shoot you.
