I am playing the sims, which is a very large game, but I've played it before and never received this message. I don't think there's very much on my pc...
Delete Temp Files from Internet cache, empty trash - and then you'll have to see if you have things you don't need - or can put on key drive or cloud storage...
@iamnikki Go to Task Manager -> Details and make sure you don't have multiple instances of the game running. If it crashed once, some leftovers of that crash might still be in memory.
You can also look to see what programs/processes are running in the background using task manager. Shut down the ones you're [b]sure[/b] you don't need.
Get to "This PC" in windows explorer and check how much space you have left. If it's less than 1 gb, then you definitely need to free up space. I personally use an old program called windirstat to find out where space is being used. But all you really have to do to free up space is delete files. Maybe check your downloads folder and stuff like that first. You can also uninstall programs.
