Another perhaps ID Ten T problem with my I Phone. Help? The "Apple support site" gave me the run around

Here's the problem I was ATTEMPTING to get help with there: Mt screen is blank. The phone is all charged up, and I called the number. It rang. Nothing shows on the screen.

It sounds like the backlight is gone. That can happen with use or after a fall that seemingly did not break the phone. You can sometimes see parts of the screen with a bright led light.

Has the phone started going off for no reason?
