I'm cleaning out some junk. I have some old graphics software that I'm sure was awesome (and expensive) back in the day. Like Photoshop 5 (unopened). Should I keep and try and use, try and sell it, or just trash it?
doesn't that just annoy the crap outta you? i hate that i can never play the original hunting games or you don't know Jack or and then there were none. and the photophop stuff isn't as easy to learn now. everytime they change Windows i want to scream. what was the first one i had at home in the 90's...? cavemen online?

@LILY61 I was never much of a game player, but someone did give me some space role playing game where you went to certain places and had to ask questions to advance. I can understand how there was a certain simplicity to the old software, I actually became quite adept at Quicken and Quickbooks when I was in HS.
@TamAngel we didn't have such things when i was in school. mostly we sat around telling dinosaur stories and drew pics on the walls.

I sell my old stuff. Some people prefer older software, use eBay.
TamAngel · F
@Aidan That seems to be the majority thought. I could bundle it and see what I get.

Did you ever tried to upgrade your software?
TamAngel · F
@SW-User Most of it wasn't mine in the first place, were hand-me-downs. It's all old Windows stuff, I have a Macbook. I suppose I could try and resurrect one of the old laptops work gave me.

@TamAngel if you are paid user then you can just download the software from the website. Otherwise just try to copy all date that and then move it your computer.
Will it still bring money if it's old software?
TamAngel · F
@SapphicHeart I have no idea. Normally I would take them to work and dump them in a desk in an empty office.
@TamAngel
If they have no value I'd use them myself. Hmm.
Pherick · 41-45, M
You can sell it, but not sure who would buy it these days.
MartinTheFirst · 22-25, M
You can not sell it I think, that's against the law.
And if someone is ready to break the law to obtain it, then they'd just download it for free.

So the only options you have is to either keep it or trash it.
TamAngel · F
@MartinTheFirst That's like saying I can't sell my old CD's or DVD's IMO.
MartinTheFirst · 22-25, M
@TamAngel you can't!
TamAngel · F
@MartinTheFirst Oh c'mon. How much you give me for the lot?
