What can you do if......

You have an e-mail address that your phone can access without trouble.
BUT the second you use a PC to do the same, it rejects your password ???

I need to download a document within it so i can print it off.

It's given me a recovery e-mail address encrypted that's SO old i don't think i've used it in five years !!

Downloaded ok and completed ok but couldn't return it as an e-mail !
Too tired to care !
Printed off and they can get it snail mail😁
