...filter out non-group postings from your feed? (I haven't been in for a while so not sure what has changed)
I just want to see group posts, not random posts.

Yes, you can only add groups you are interested in and then set your feed to Groups only. The problem is that older posts from these groups won't get loaded.

@SW-User Yeah, but people are lazy to put stuff into groups. They post wherever they are used to posting. Like "Life" or "I blah blah blah". And the loading pisses me off. Only posts no older than a week or so will show up in your feed.

Oh apparently you can choose to see posts from people you follow, or Groups, but not both at the same time? That seems like a design flaw 🤔

No there’s not. At least that I’m aware of
Wish there was along with blocking ability of certain unwanted groups
