Not racist, but perhaps xenophobic. I’ve tried to leave answers on some of his posts and they’ve all been deleted. He is afraid of debate, completely averse to any opinion contrary to his own and allergic to facts. I’ve no idea why he would even bother to post questions when really what he wants is an echo chamber.

American isn't a race... unless you're referring to Native American, which I don't think you are! Besides, there are lots of reasons why you'd want American opinions in particular that aren't connected to prejudice.

@Backtoscratch Maybe it's a question about water quality, infrastructure, culture, etcetera, that a native (different usage) could be reasonably expected to have better understanding of. A good example is a question I've seen pop up here at least a couple times, asking if the tap water is safe to drink and where. Lots of entertaining and disconcerting answers to those posts.

It at all because if the question is in regards to something about the US the best answers would most likely regard from US citizens.
