@SW-User I suppose that language and comprehension barriers are sometimes inevitable in those that don't know that every person living knows something we do not and would benefit from finding out from them. I guess that means my answer is: usually not.

@SteelHands Suppose there is a history and all communication is exhausted, and one like a headless chicken keeps trying to say something to the other, and all there is is monotone type of robotic replies, it's insane to keep acknowledging their existence, and move on, right?
