What does SWeeps mean?

I keep hearing certain people on here referred to as SWeeps. What does that mean?

There is a variation - venturing into esoteric territory - SWeEPs:

SW for Similar Worlds, a small e to link, and EP for Experience Project.

These would be EP members who joined Similar Worlds.
