I Am Creative

Lets say you've got a good imagination..and a vividly thought through idea for a short video (like a music video)
I feel my ideas could influence people.
I can draw..so i could perhaps sketch an idea of each scene, make the story visual..i honestly think it could have potential to inspire people when done..but is it possible to begin??.. i mean how am i going to get sets, actors (just people really), camera crew, props, costume..its an idea..but i suppose thats how its going to stay
