If I'm wearing a dress with flats and the weather is warm enough, I'll go bare legged. If I'm wearing boots, I'll wear leggings rather than tights. I'm not a fan of tights. They make me feel too confined. Plus, I like being able to slip my shoes off and be instantly barefoot. I can't do that if I'm wearing tights!
