@ElsaKaren If you are wearing heels like that you won't have to walk far. From the front door to the bedroom perhaps. On the way down you needn't wear them which is good and I know this from experience. Going up stairs in heels is easy as only your toes need to touch the steps, but going down, especially if they are steep stairs with small steps is close to suicidal as I found out when I nearly lost my footing on the way down from the bedroom of a nice man I met in South Wales.
