That is why the Gold is to have mind peace. That is why we meditate to clear our busy mind. New creative thoughts can flow in, only when we stop all that mind jibber jabber.

On YouTube are many music healing meditation to listen to. Then to clear out our insecurities we hold onto. Stuff we no longer require that causes stagnation of thought.

1. Build up your self worth, your self love.
2. Let the past be in the past.
3. Forgive yourself for hurts or your stupid behavior.
4. Forgive those situations and people that have harmed you.

Each moment is new, then let it be as it is.....
