I have "avoidant personality disorder"

It can be incredibly draining to deal with at times. Doesn't help with my anxiety or inability to make friends. :(

@Progman: no need. Alot of disorders sound made up to me. There is also "internet addiction "disorder"". That's not a "disorder", just get off the internet and BOOM, problem solved.

@bijouxbroussard: It's difficult to describe. But it's basically a feeling of inferiority and thinking people are judging me all the time.
