My Cousin was President on a huge bank until he retired and another cousin was Vice President of a bank as well ,a sister in law also holds an accounting position in a local bank now so I get its a good trade ,even if you were just a teller ,
thats where my cousin the President started ,back when I was a kid
Glad to hear you love your job ,
So many in the States who have good jobs do not appreciate them .
they do not get there is a huge line of people who want their jobs if they don't
I was a contractor ,so banks and I are good friends
I could not pay a crew to work without advances on the job
So if weather put us behind schedule ,our bank(s) I dealt with knew it was going to be done shortly ,so I have had advances when the work was not quite complete to the next draw ,but they still covered me and extended the deadline ,
the comment about always promoting fear is a tactic to make people give up their liberties for protection ,
People will give up matters of privacy for instance ,as long as the governments assure's them more safety ,,
but lets be realistic ,
How can you insure that when the guy who kills you today had been you best neighbor for years ,but today he is on the news ,,
He is secretly part of a death squad ,planning mass terror in silent for some time ,,but had been the perfect neighbor for years
and I think often as our country has shown they are good at secretly bringing down governments like we did in 1953 with Iran ,the 90's with Hatti ,our meddling in Kosovo ,Somalia and the toppling of Iraq ,our part in Syria ,Afghanistan ,South Korea ,and China and now our dealings with Russia ,while North Korea continues to show the USA they are not afraid of our Military
While Americans are so blind and ignorant
We do not care what criminal runs our country ,as long as he is not Black with a Muslim name
all you need do is Google any of those names and ask what the US has done there and its easy to see ,,but we prefer to play "Candy Crush " and think our Government actually cares about us ,,,I live under no such delusion

@iMystery: I actually try to avoid the politics ,but when so many speak and have no facts to back up their rants ,I will add some facts that are history and verifiable facts ,just to say ,maybe you need to know just a little more then you do before you throw those stones ,,the USA is not innocent
and maybe ,just maybe ,you should have known a little more about the people you choose to lead our nation and what agendas they have shown with past actions they support ,before you blindly choose them to run our country ,
But I am told today unless I can make my point in 8 seconds ,or no more then 2 lines ,,I loose the attention of people I am speaking to ,,,
and maybe ,that could be our problem ,
to hear facts and the truth ,it takes a little longer then 8 seconds or 2 lines
but thank you for at least taking the time to hear them ,
at least I can provide the support to back my opinion ,many its just an opinion ,based on lies they have heard from others ,,
and we all have seen how the game works ,I tell you something ,you tell the next guy ,then he tells the guy next to him and by the time its told to 20 people that last guys story have very little of the original story left in it ,everyone has to add their spin to it ,
so when we do politics and religion that way ,it only stands to reason it can't come out any better ,
