America-landers, please: What would draw you to or away from living in Tennessee?

Serious Q, btw. Thank you.
draw: i like the country so i'd probably wanna live in the middle of nowhere there

Away: the backwoods racists who'd wanna string my black ass up, and have no issues reminding me of it.

It's in the South.
It doesn't have coasts.
Aside of Memphis, it's too far away from any actual cities.
oh and it's racist as fuck, but that's kind of an issue a lot of places

@firefall: Ok, thanks. Nashville doesn't count then?
firefall · 61-69, M
@Valentine: Correct. I've been there.

@firefall: :(

not sure since most of the america's ain't seen that .00201% of the region of the americas.

those in the states.... then that would narrow it down to 2.940%

and midatlantic: maybe, if they had the ability, 4.001%

those in surrounding states from eastern to southern borders: 6.1%

the mountains are pretty
but i won't live in a "dry" county
Valentine · M
@mrmoose: Not what I've heard ;)
mrmoose · 70-79, M
@Valentine: 26 of 95 counties are dry, no alcohol sales allowed
Valentine · M
@mrmoose: Ok, thanks

All these crazy Tennessee posts are the only thing I've ever had against Tennessee...and, on the positive side, David Crockett was born in Tennessee. He should have been president!
Tennesse is a beautiful state. I dont see why anyone would want to leave. I am in the neighboring state.

Chattanooga smells like sewer from the combined sewers
It's in the South, which would be an adjustment. Possible concerns about the weather.

@bijouxbroussard: As in thundery, hot, wet?
@Valentine: Yes, and flooding. It's not been a problem where I currently live.
